1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Made-to-Order Process
To reduce waste and promote sustainability, all our products are made to order.
- Please allow up to 8 working days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
- We aim to ship your items as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our made-to-order products.
1.2 Delivery Times
Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3 working days.
- Shipping times may vary slightly due to courier delays or public holidays.
1.3 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
1.4 Shipping Costs
Standard UK shipping cost £5.00 and will be displayed at checkout. Should your order total be £100.00 or more shipping is free and will be applied automatically.
1.5 Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the product is:
- Faulty.
- Damaged during shipping.
- Not as described or incorrect.
This policy ensures we uphold our commitment to sustainability and high-quality craftsmanship.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
All products sold by Shop Travel Daze are custom-made to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty or damaged.
2.3 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at
- Provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or in-store refund, we do not cover shipping costs.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at customerservice@shop.traveldaze.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
4. Refund Process
- For eligible returns (faulty, damaged, or incorrect items), we will issue store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
- Store credit will be provided within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
- If the returned item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to reduce the value of the store credit to reflect the diminished value.
5. Exchanges
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, exchanges are not available. All purchases are final, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
