– Free on orders of £100.
All products sold by Shop Travel Daze are custom-made to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty or damaged. You have 14 days to return any item (inc sale) from the day you receive your order.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at
- Provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund, excluding any return shipping costs.
